What you choose to share
The public inquiry form sends your name, phone number or email, selected industry and optional project or partnership brief to TO-U GLOBAL. Your submission receives a reference number. An invited customer account also stores account details and the project, quotation and order records assigned to that customer. Please do not include identity documents, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, coordinate business cooperation and provide account access. Authorized administrators handle inquiries and customer records. Customers can access their own assigned records; team notes are not included in the customer view. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and access
The website runs on an Alibaba Cloud server in Hong Kong. Submitted inquiries and account records are stored in the website database and protected by access controls. Passwords are stored as hashes. Operational backups support recovery. Your local browser stores essential session cookies when you log in; the website does not currently load advertising or analytics trackers.
Your choices
You can browse public pages without an account. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the inquiry form. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, contact us using the details below and quote your inquiry reference if available. We will verify your identity and review the request, including whether any related business records need to be retained. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends.
Email, links and updates
Opening an email draft uses your email application and does not itself send a message. Account invitation and recovery links are shared by the team after identity checks. This notice describes the current website workflow; material changes to data handling will be reflected here.
